- My work can not be used for any commercial purposes or reproduced for monetary gain, such as for NFTs.
- The recipient acknowledges that I (s-elkye/s.elkye/Skye) is the creator of this work, and therefore, the recipient may not mislead others into believing that the work was created by anyone me.

The Royal Romance: Mostly everyone (ask)- OC/canon character interactions are allowed to be requested, but I am less inclined to draw them than I am just the OC or just the canon character. Friends/close mutuals are less restricted by this, but it still applies.
- I will not be drawing OCs that use stolen art as face-claims. That is just something that I blatantly refuse to do. Unless you have express permission from the artist, it counts as stolen art in my eyes. Proof must be provided if permission is given.
- This kind of refers to any and all artists who offer free art: please be polite! The more an artist likes you, the better your request will come out. I’ve had some really brash and impolite interactions when I offered to draw something and I end up rushing through it or not doing it at all.
- I am a very busy person, so please don’t expect this to be super fast. The waiting time for these vary depending on a lot of different factors.
- My art may not be reposted. Sharing and reblogging are always appreciated, but reposting without permission is not allowed.
- A slot is not considered taken until I agree to a request. Simply PM-ing me does not guarantee a slot. I look through requests in order of who sent in requests first, but that does not mean these are first-come-first-serve.
- I do NOT do any requests which use Gacha as face-claims due to personal reasons that I don't want to get into.
- PLEASE do not pester me about requests. It makes me really anxious and not want to do requests. If you are on the list, you have nothing to worry about unless I say otherwise. These requests will also probably not be done in order.
- I am never able to get to all requests, especially in recent months. That being said, if I don't get to your request, don't be discouraged! You can resubmit a request next time they open, even if it's the same request as last time. People who I have done requests for in the past can request again.

What to Expect

- Honestly, anything!
- Sketch, line-art, colored, shaded, headshot, half-body, knees-up, full-body; it’s all fair game! This will be random (more depending on my mood and personal workload and not because I favor one request over others).
- Most of the art will be up to me, including poses and, depending on the fandom, clothing. The character that is being drawn will be up to you. I like to make it a bit of a surprise! :)

How to Request

- First, please check if my requests are open.
- I will oftentimes announce on my social media (not just Instagram) that my requests are open. On Instagram, I will announce it in my stories. On Tumblr, I will make a post about it. I'll wait for some requests to come in before choosing between them. Currently, I will only be choosing between the filled out google forms (the link can be found on my tumblr (if you have the link, you have it. If you don't, you don't ASDFGHJ)).
- From there, I will choose which ones I want to do. I choose more based on my mood and what I want to draw at the moment.

What do you use to draw?
- I use an iPad 8 with the first generation Apple pencil. The program I use is Procreate.
Can I repost/trace your art?
- No. Unless I have made art specifically for you, such as commissions or gifts, do not repost of my art. With reposting your requests, I require proper credit. I do not allow for my art to be traced.
Can I roleplay/shift with your art?
- No, unless the art was specifically made for you. Please reference the previous answer for how I would like to be credited.
Can I draw your OCs? Can I draw them with my OCs?
- Yes, of course! If you do, please tag me! Just don't draw them in NSFW situations.
Do you do requests, commissions, art trades, etc.
- It depends! Please check my art statuses for that info.
How did you learn to draw?
- I am self-taught! It was a lot of research and practice.
What brushes do you use?
- It depends on the drawing. I tend to use the dry ink brush, syrup, and the different airbrushes on Procreate. I also use both Jingsketches' and free brush pack!

Refund and Payment Policy

- I require full payment before I start working on it.
- I do not issue refunds. If there are concerns, I will approuch you.

Process

- To apply for a commission, you must fill out my commission request form. If I am interested, I will contact you. When is available, it will be linked here:
- After we agree on an idea, I will make a loose sketch/skeleton and send it to you for approval. At this point, you may ask for any changes.
- I will then make and send you a more detailed sketch. The pose may not be changed at this point, but things such as body type, hair, clothes, colors, etc. may be altered.
- After that, I will work on the finished product. After the finished product is done, I will send it to you and the commission will be officially done!

- All commission rules still apply.
- To be able to get a more accurate representation of you, I prefer having photos. If you have one, you may send me the link to an Instagram with photos of you. If requested, you can also email me a couple of photos.
- The point of these commissions is to immerse the commissioner into the world of TLB and the lost boys. In other words, I am trying to put you into that world like you are a character. I will still take portrait requests for OCs, but I will require more info and references.
- This is a semi-realistic style, not straight realism, so they are still pretty stylized. Please keep that in mind if you are going to be a strickler for accuracy.
- These will be in black and white other than the vamp eyes.
- The sketch that will be sent for approval is more for the pose of the headshot than anything else. Please keep in mind that the sketch is not going to be an accurate representation of the quality.
- To commissin a portrait, please fill out the form in the default commission page.

Prices

Base price is $40. Price may go up depending on the complexity of the commission.
